Incoming Phone Call Issue

  • Tuesday, June 18th Incoming phone calls to TaosNet from some cellular providers (T-Mobile and AT&T are two that we're aware of) are being affected by a Statewide CenturyLink routing issue. Calls from other providers are being received without issue.


We will not share, lease, sell, or give away any of your information to anyone, ever. Period.

We will not view any of your private data, for any reason, unless you specifically ask us to for debugging, support, or security purposes.

We will use your email addresses and contact information to send you notifications about your TaosNet services. These notifications will be related to: billing, upgrades, service outages, technical support information and marketing information about our services.

We will optionally store your credit card data on third party payment processor servers and use that information to automatically charge your card for balances due. You can have us remove this information at any time by sending us an email to support@taosnet.com

We will delete all of your email addresses and contract information upon request after you no longer have services or a balance due with us. i.e. We will forget you.

When visitors come to our web sites we will allow third parties (such as AdRoll, Google Analyitcs, Facebook, etc) to place cookies on their browsers for targeted advertising purposes. These cookies will contain your IP addresses and pages viewed on our web sites. If you would like to opt-out of these targeted cookies and advertisements you can sign up to opt your browser out of these types of ads at: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1#!/

We will provide you with all of the information that we know about you upon request if we can verify the identity of the person asking.
